*NOTE - If an extra person stays at any of the cottages, a $20/charge per person will apply & must be authorized by management.

RESERVATION INFORMATION

• A deposit of $150/per week is required to confirm your reservation in advance.

• Deposits will only be refunded, less a $25 administration fee, provided notice of cancellation is received sixty (60) days before reservation was to commence.

• No Shows will be billed for the entire reservation amount.

• No refunds for early departures.

• Telephone requests will be held for seven (7) Days only.

• Please be prepared to settle your account on arrival.

• As of Oct 2009 Mastercard will not be accepted for US transactions due to the .40% charge now applicable.

• We accept Interac, Mastercard, Visa & Cash. No cheques will be accepted for final payment.

• Guests are responsible for damage (or loss) to facilities, on site equipment, boats & motors ( a security deposit must be given for boat &motor rentals).

• A damage settlement will be agreed upon, prior to your departure.

• Check in time is 2:00 pm Saturdays - Check out time 10:00 am Saturdays.

• All guests & their visitors are required to register at office.

• Charge for visitors a day $3.  A night $5.

• Pets on lease only are welcome. Barking will not be tolerated for the comfort of our guests.

• Dogs CANNOT be left unattended.

TENTS & TRAILERS

• Daily - $25.00

• Weekly - $175.00

• Rates include Hydro, Water, Dumping Station, Showers, Toilets.
