WELCOME TO MOUNTAIN VIEW FISHING & HUNTING LODGE OPEN YEAR ROUND Nepewassi Lake is 16 miles long and well known for its quality & variety of fish. Pickerel (walleye), large & small mouth bass, muskie, tiger muskie, northern pike, perch and burbot. While fishing you will enjoy the beautiful shoreline of tall pines, white birch & colorful maples surrounding the majestic rock formations. Keep your camera ready for loons, ducks, geese, beavers, otters, turtles and even a moose or bear or deer swimming across the lake or from one island to another. For the avid hunter, we offer Black Bear Hunting Packages (fall), plus excellent moose and small game hunting on both private and crown land. (Must apply for own adult moose tag in WMU 42). NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!! Your new hosts, the Vincent family; Micheline, Marc, Nicholas, Sarah, Jeremy and the manager Murielle Roach will be greeting you on your next stay. Micheline and Marc are locally known having roots in and around the near north. After living in Southern Ontario they are very happy to be returning to familiar sights and sounds. Your next vacation will be handled in a friendly and personable way with your best interests in mind. Marc and Micheline want Mountain View to be for the whole family as well as for the sportsman. Large groups can be accommodated with the same attention given to the individuals coming for a holiday. Clean upgraded cottages await your visit as well as private, full service trailer sites. The same great amenities will be offered as well as now dogs are permitted. Fishing and hunting licenses will now be available in Hagar, General Store.
