Welcome to Wolseley Lodge

It's morning time and the echo of loons singing out can be heard across the picture painted dawn. As the sun rises for another adventurous day at Wolseley Lodge you will find many things to do here at Ontario's premier fishing destination. Fish, swim, hike or canoe, our area offers it all. Also so many scenic views for the photographers, artists, bird-watchers and rock hunters. Our large bays, small islands and white-water rapids make an inspiring holiday for everyone. In the evening you may choose to play some pool or watch a video in the main lodge, or even get comfortable around the nightly campfire.

Just 3.5 hours north of Toronto we offer 16 clean and comfortable cabins ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.  Originally built in 1928, we have made every effort to maintain the rustic charm of each cabin while adding the services which will make your holiday comfortable and safe. All housekeeping cabins have fully equipped kitchens, 3 piece bath with showers, all bedding, charcoal, barbecues picnic tables and conveniently located fire pits throughout the grounds.

The Lodge

Our Season is from Victoria Day Long Weekend end of May to Thanks Giving in October.

Restaurant

Overlooking the scenic Wolseley Bay, our main lodge offers a LCBO licensed dining room and bar serving beer wine and coolers. We take pride in our wholesome home cooked meals and our friendly courteous staff. Check out the menu board for the evening specials!

Spring & Fall
From May 16th to June 22th and from September 4th to September 28th
the Restaurant (Kitchen) will be open on Thursdays to Sunday 7:00 am to 8:00 pm
On Mondays to Wednesdays the Restaurant (Kitchen) will be open for American Plan Guests only,
with a reservation.

Summer
In the main season from June 26th to August 31st we will be open:
Tuesday to Friday from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm
Saturday from 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm:
Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm
Closed on Mondays
(Except for American Plan Guests with a reservation.)

Our Friday Special is an All You Can Eat Buffet with freshly roasted Turkeys,
Roast Beef and the Wolseley Lodge Ham for $13.95.

Games Room

The games room is a friendly comfortable place to relax with your family and friends. It features movies, TV, fireplace, board games and air hockey.

Beach and Playground

The Playground is conveniently located between Lodge and Beach. Our guests can enjoy the Play Set with slide and swings, or the free use of our pedal boats and canoes.

Pick Your Pleasure

Enjoy a day at the lodge on our small sandy beach while the kids ride the pedal boats, or you may wish to visit some of the local areas. Noelville is only 9 miles (15km) driving distance from our camp. Located in this small town is a Laundromat, local shopping, churches, beer store and LCBO. With in minutes of the lodge you will be able to go horseback riding, golfing, or visit Sudbury's Science North, Great Nickle Mine, Sudbury Downs and large shopping centres. You may also wish to take a tour on a pontoon boat or a plane ride right from our property.  You can see more activities here:
